So the Raptors won and there is a new video of Mayor Ford smoking crack (again). I guess all is well in Toronto.

You know fall is back when Starbucks starts selling their seasonal pumpkin spice and gingerbread lattes. It is pumpkin season so we can prepare again for all sorts of crazy things with pumpkin. Pumpkin lattes, pies, milk, muffins, bread, ale and cheesecake. This is an extra novelty for me because in Australia pumpkin is just your stock standard savoury vegetable and autumn (fall) is in the middle of the year and not the lead up to the holiday season. Maybe some pumpkin ale would soften the blow of heading into the winter, mid year abyss?
So below is my first pumpkin spice latte of the season. It is not from Stsrbucks but my favourite Toronto coffee shop: Seven Grams Espresso Bar in Yorkville and it comes complete with almond milk in true hipster, vegan style.
